Spirituality and psychotherapy

Many people rely on faith to find meaning in their lives. You may believe that there is a reason for the sadness and fear you feel. You search for the lessons you are meant to learn in this life. People from various religious backgrounds ask similar questions about the meaning and purpose of their lives.

Psychotherapy gives you an effective tool in your search for meaning. In order to hear the spiritual messages of your life, you may need to heal and remove psychological blocks that were created through childhood or cultural conditioning.

Through therapy, you can redicover your own spiritual beliefs. They may be aligned with a particular church or religion, or they may be non-traditional or unique. In any case, you can learn how to hear from your heart and find the comfort and understanding you need.

Sometimes a ritual created just for you is the perfect method to release old resentments, anger, sadness and grief. You may want to let go of old programming about how you should act, or who you should be, and replace those messages with new, positive, life-affirming messages that reflect who you truly are.

About me and my spirituality

My spiritual tradition is an earth-based system with ancient Native European roots. I honor the cycles of the seasons, the sun and the moon, and derive joy and inspiration from the interconnectedness of all beings on this earth. I believe divine insight is within each and every one of us. We all have the power to bring about positive changes in our lives, with care and compassion for all.

I consider myself a Witch in the Reclaiming Tradition. My ethics include the belief that all energy that is sent out comes back to the sender threefold. I honor all belief systems, no matter what they are, as long as they do not harm others. I send as much love and positive energy as possible into the world.
